Tutong Central Mall is where the Grand Draw for Teguh Raya Shop and Win 2008/2009. Actually it wasn’t my intention to go there but I recieved a SMS from my sister. She told me that her son was listed for the grand draw today. I was at KK Koya at Pekan Tutong having brunch with my family. About 300 participants were short listed for today grand draw.
